Todd brings nearly 25 years of senior executive experience in retail real estate and operations. Throughout his career, he has developed and executed comprehensive real estate strategies for multiple luxury retailers, leading the successful opening and renovation of hundreds of stores across the Americas.

As head of real estate, construction, and facilities, Todd partnered closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to oversee multimillion-dollar capital investment programs and new store concept rollouts. His disciplined, results-driven approach consistently maximized return on invested capital while delivering measurable improvements to each company’s bottom line.

In addition, Todd has led the expansion and optimization of regional retail warehousing and distribution networks, including both owned-and-operated facilities and multiple third-party logistics providers. He has played a critical role in ERP system development and enhancements, large-scale inventory relocations and consolidations, and capital investments totaling millions of dollars—driving meaningful gains in operational efficiency and profitability.

Todd is a trusted executive advisor who has a proven track record of developing company strategies while remaining deeply engaged in the operational details required for successful execution. Over his career, Todd has worked for brands including Ralph Lauren, Burberry, and Ferragamo and has held multiple VP-level roles with oversight spanning real estate, legal administration, construction, facilities, sustainability, customer service, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and risk management.
