Nicole Marra

Nicole Marra is an award-winning entrepreneur, attorney, and senior executive with extensive experience in the luxury, retail, consumer, and related industries. As the Founder & CEO of Fixer Advisory Group, a full-service consultancy providing strategic partnership and tactical support to brands, she is recognized for her exceptional insights and innovative problem-solving approach, making her a trusted resource for founders, CEOs, and leaders.

Throughout her career, Nicole has earned a reputation as an outstanding strategic partner, supporting business leaders in achieving transformative results. With decades of experience as a strategist and advisor for executives and founders, she is an established industry leader with diverse experiences, including serving on various boards. Fixer Advisory Group was born from Nicole's deep understanding of the specific hurdles encountered by both emerging and established brands in the luxury and retail industries. Recognizing the need for specialized, deeply experienced resources and support to empower companies to grow, drive revenue, operate with ease, and transform their company cultures, she founded Fixer to be of service to founders, CEOs and brand leaders.

Before establishing Fixer, Nicole played a pivotal role at Gucci America, leading the legal, real estate, compliance, security, and crisis management functions for over a decade. Additionally, she managed business and legal affairs for other renowned Kering portfolio brands in North and South America, including Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, and Stella McCartney.

In addition to Fixer, Nicole has co-founded Figure Eight, a sustainable luxury concept store in SoHo, New York, and 4 Art Partners, an accelerator empowering creative talent. She also contributes to several publications, including Fast Company, and speaks at industry events.

Nicole is a graduate of Brandeis University and received her J.D. from New York University School of Law.  Nicole is admitted to practice law in New York. She resides in New York City with her family and rescue pups, Hendrix and Millie.
