Matthew Seminara leads Fixer’s real estate practice, advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate strategy and transactions, with deep expertise in retail and office leasing. He represents a wide range of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands in high-stakes leasing transactions across New York and other key U.S. markets. Known for his practical, business-minded approach, Matthew counsels and supports clients on leasing, subleasing, construction, architect and brokerage agreements, and related transactional real estate matters.

Prior to joining Fixer, Matthew was a partner at a New York-based law firm, where he represented an impressive portfolio of clients across the fashion, beauty, consumer goods, hospitality/F&B, media and professional service industries. He also served as Director and Senior Counsel of Retail & Leasing at Louis Vuitton, where he helped drive the brand’s U.S. retail expansion strategy. His firsthand understanding of the legal and operational priorities of retail-driven businesses continues to shape his approach at Fixer.

Matthew is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College, cum laude, holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University, and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Matthew is admitted to practice law in New York.

Matthew resides in Armonk, NY with his wife, two children, and their Bernedoodle, Brooklyn.
