Marta has spent over 13 years in the luxury goods and consulting industries, successfully leading strategy, marketing, and change management initiatives for some of the most renowned names in the industry, including: LVMH, Selfridges Group, and Farfetch. Her portfolio includes top fashion brands such as Chanel, LVMH Group, and Printemps, as well as a range of startup brands. Over the course of her career, Marta has worked in six countries and spearheaded projects in key luxury markets across NORAM, APAC, and EMEA, equipping her with a deep understanding of global customer dynamics.

With a keen understanding and expertise in the connected customer journey, Marta is well-equipped to provide valuable insights and strategies within the luxury space. Marta is adept at leveraging technology to drive brand strategy aligned business growth and effectively leading teams to achieve goals. Her work includes: business plan development, brand strategy consulting, operational efficiency recommendations, innovation advisory, start-up and change management advice, and structured project management services.


Marta is a graduate of Ivey Business School (HBA) and received her MBA and Luxury Business Management Certificate (in Partnership with LVMH) from SDA Bocconi. Marta is an avid researcher and author of a number of award-winning published business cases on the luxury industry.
