Jessica Haugen, Director, Senior Paralegal, is an experienced legal professional with over two decades of in-house experience across the luxury goods, fashion, finance, and technology sectors.

At Fixer, Jessica works closely with clients and the firm’s attorneys and multidisciplinary advisors on a wide range of legal and business matters. She brings a practical, business-minded approach to complex projects, helping clients navigate legal and operational requirements, manage competing priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and move matters forward efficiently.

Drawing on her extensive in-house experience, Jessica understands the fast-moving needs of fashion, beauty, luxury, and consumer businesses and brings sound judgment, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach to each engagement. She is particularly skilled at translating complex issues into clear, actionable next steps and keeping multifaceted projects on track.

Jessica received dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Stony Brook University.
