Christina Feeny

With more than 25 years of experience advising multinational organizations, Christina Feeny is a senior executive and global employment law leader with deep expertise navigating complex workforce, organizational, and reputational challenges across various industries. She has partnered closely with executive leadership teams, HR, and other senior stakeholders to guide organizations through growth, transformation, restructuring, corporate transactions, and rapidly evolving legal environments. Known for her pragmatic, business-oriented approach, she translates complex legal and workforce issues into actionable strategies that balance business priorities with risk.

Most recently, Christina served as SVP & Deputy General Counsel, Employment at Estée Lauder Companies, where she led the global employment law function for a leading multinational beauty company operating in 150 countries with over 50,000 employees. She advised executive leadership on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, organizational transformation, compensation, diversity and inclusion, investigations, and other highly sensitive matters with significant legal and reputational implications. Her experience also includes leading the legal employment functions at CBRE and Refinitiv, as well as being a senior attorney at Thomson Reuters. Across these roles, she has led through major corporate separations and restructurings, built new organizational capabilities, advised on workforce strategy and employee relations, and established ethics frameworks.

Christina holds a J.D. from Fordham Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
