Charley Lozada

Charley is a senior legal executive with over 15 years of experience advising high-growth consumer brands across beauty, wellness, and healthcare. She brings a deeply commercial and brand-first approach to legal strategy—focused on accelerating growth, managing risk, and protecting brand equity. Charley partners closely with founders, boards, and operators to align legal strategy with business goals, enable scale, and drive enterprise value. Her expertise includes marketing and consumer protection, product regulatory compliance, privacy and data security, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and more.

Charley has served as General Counsel to venture- and private equity–backed consumer brands Vegamour, Ever/Body, and DevaCurl. In these roles, she built in-house legal and compliance functions from the ground up and partnered with executive teams through periods of rapid growth, product innovation, global expansion, and complex regulatory and reputational challenges. Prior to becoming a General Counsel, she was Executive Director & Associate Counsel at The Estée Lauder Companies dedicated to their global e-commerce business. In that role, she supported a portfolio of 20+ prestige brands, negotiated high-value digital and tech deals, and advised on global privacy and consumer protection compliance across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Charley began her legal career at Proskauer Rose LLP, where she advised global clients on complex corporate transactions, technology and IP matters, and data privacy.

She holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
