Brooke brings over 15 years of combined experience in law, fashion, tech, sports, venture capital, and corporate finance to her role at Fixer. She employs a practical, business-minded, and level-headed approach and is driven by creativity, precision, integrity, and kindness.

Brooke most recently served as VP General Counsel at CreateMe, one of the fastest growing apparel tech startup companies in the world. While at CreateMe, Brooke was a key member of the executive team and supported the growth of the business with particular focus on intellectual property, strategic M&A, commercialization opportunities, advanced manufacturing, people and culture, and legal operations. Prior to CreateMe, Brooke honed her luxury and retail expertise over nearly a decade with Gucci, most recently as VP General Counsel, supporting all areas of the multi-billion-dollar business with strategic planning, successful contract negotiations, risk management consulting, compliance and best practice initiatives, and legal advice and counseling. Brooke began her legal career at Herrick, where she practiced corporate and sports law and represented professional sports teams, public and private companies, startups, venture capital and private equity firms, and financial institutions in a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to her legal career, Brooke worked in public relations in the advertising industry and pursued fine art, photography, and graphic design. Brooke received her JD from Brooklyn Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Policy, and her BS in Communications from New York University, where she was an All-University Honors Scholar. Brooke is admitted to practice law in New York. Today, Brooke lives in New York City with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and chihuahua Munchkin, exploring new places and restaurants, finding the perfect gift, going to Yankees games and the beach, listening to podcasts, and following current events and politics.
