Amanda Ryan

Amanda Ryan brings over ten years of dynamic experience in the creative, corporate, and technology sectors to her role as Legal Counsel at Fixer, where she provides clients with strategic and empathetic legal support.

Previously, Amanda served as Counsel at Marquee Brands, where she handled a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters across a diverse portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle consumer brands. Amanda began her legal career in corporate practice at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and continued on to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions. There, she advised both public and private technology clients in mergers, tender offers, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, and other strategic corporate transactions while serving as a member of the firm's Women of Wilson committee and maintaining a robust pro bono practice.

Before practicing law, Amanda worked in the publishing and media industry, where, during her time at a renowned New York publishing house and two leading literary and talent agencies, she drafted and negotiated hundreds of literary contracts on behalf of authors and publishers.

Amanda holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was honored as a Glasser Scholar, and an A.B. from the University of Chicago. Amanda is admitted to practice law in New York. In her free time, she enjoys collaging, mentoring, and exploring Prospect Park with her husband and their rescue basset hound, Stewart.
